Rules and Regulations
The arrangements for Belgian young people taking part in a YAP exchange abroad.
Anyone travelling abroad as a YAP ambassador represents not only themselves but also Belgium and 41 Clubs. The regulations set out below contain the basic guidelines.
Before departure
Submission of a completed registration form by 28 February at the latest
Attendance at the preparatory evening in May
Travel insurance provided before departure
Flights and transfers arranged with the YAP coordinator
During the exchange
Adherence to the programme drawn up by the host club
Respect for the house rules of host families and accommodation providers
Discretion and good taste on social media
After returning
Submit a report to the National Secretariat within four weeks
Give a short presentation at the next AGM or a national meeting
